Send us an annual fee of $60.00 and a complete the online form accessible through the link to MiPlus below and Acme Referral Network will also include a FREE Con Ed course taught by Gwyn Besner (A $35.00 Value Via Zoom!)

You will be asked to fill in the Broker’s ID Number which is: 650535603

We will then get notice of your application. As soon as we receive your payment of $60.00, which can be paid online, via Square, and a copy of your W9, we will accept your application and your license will be under the Acme Referral Network. We ask that you also send the following:

  • Referral Membership Agreement and payment to us. (To use our Square online payment option: CLICK HERE)
  • A W9
